Our Staff

We require on-going training for our staff, orientation videos, in-house training, and other certified professionals in the education field. All of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR. The discipline policy is communicated to staff at monthly staff meetings where all Day Care policies are reviewed on a regular basis.

The Program Director monitors the staff and communicates with them regularly to ensure that they are both aware of and are implementing the Day Care’s discipline methods.
